Base Atlas Terms of Service

Effective date: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Base Atlas ("we", "us", "the app"), an independent fan app for browsing, saving, reporting, uploading, and copying Clash of Clans base layout links. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Base Atlas. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Independent fan app

Base Atlas is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Supercell. Clash of Clans and related names, marks, images, and game content belong to Supercell. Your use of the app must comply with Supercell's Fan Content Policy and any other rules that apply to your Clash of Clans account.

3. User content

"User content" means any base image, copy link, description, tag, report, or other material you upload, submit, or make available through the app. You are solely responsible for your user content.

By uploading user content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload and share it.
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not intentionally mislead users.
• It does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• It does not violate these Terms, applicable law, Apple policies, Google policies, or Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

4. Content license

You keep any rights you have in content you upload. By uploading content to Base Atlas, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, resize, moderate, remove, and distribute that content inside the app and related services for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and protecting Base Atlas.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload, submit, encourage, or use the app for content or conduct that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, private servers, automation tools, account trading, boosting, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Contains scams, phishing, malware, spam, misleading links, fake copy links, or intentionally broken links.
• Contains leaked, non-public, or confidential information about Supercell games.
• Uses Supercell assets in a way that suggests Supercell sponsors, approves, or operates Base Atlas.
• Attempts to manipulate likes, reports, rankings, moderation systems, ads, or app security.
• Interferes with the app, servers, Firebase services, ads, or other users' ability to use the app.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, scan, hide, remove, or refuse content at any time. We may also limit features, block abusive behavior, delete uploads, or restrict access if we believe content or activity violates these Terms, creates risk, breaks platform rules, or harms the app or its users.

The app may use automated moderation, human review, Firebase security rules, Google Cloud services, OpenAI moderation tools, and community reports. Moderation decisions may be imperfect. We are not required to host, keep, restore, or explain the removal of any user content.

7. Reporting content

Users can report bases for broken links, wrong category, spam, stolen content, offensive content, or other issues. Do not abuse the report system. Repeated false reports, report spam, or attempts to hide valid content may result in restrictions.

8. Copy links and broken links

Base links are submitted by users and may stop working, be incorrect, be removed by the game, or fail for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that every copy link will work. If a link is broken, report it in the app so it can be reviewed or hidden.

9. Rewarded ads

The app may show rewarded ads before allowing certain actions, including copying a base link. Watching an ad does not guarantee that a user-submitted link will work. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks and may be subject to their own policies.

10. No purchases or paid access

Base Atlas does not currently sell subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid access, or ad-free upgrades. If that changes, we will update these Terms and any required app disclosures.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

12. Intellectual property

Base Atlas, excluding user content and Supercell-owned materials, is owned by the developer of Base Atlas. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the app, its design, source code, systems, or data except as permitted by law.

13. Feedback

If you send ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without payment, restriction, or obligation to you.

14. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Base Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available, accurate, or free of broken links, removed bases, moderation mistakes, or data loss.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Base Atlas and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, broken links, ad issues, account issues, or inability to use the app.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Base Atlas and its developer from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

18. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app or remove content at any time if needed to operate the service, comply with law or platform rules, protect users, or enforce these Terms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
